The learners she worked with reported how this feedback opportunity enriched their learning experience.By talking openly about the menopause, raising awareness and putting the right support in place, perhaps we could get to a point where menopause can be discussed openly and honestly in the Monday 8 March and Thursday 11 March, we are running webinars exploring the menopause and its impact in the workplace, which aim to inform and generate conversation around this important topic.IWD, and to share and learn from one another.Her case studies discussed how she has brought some gamification into the classroom.We can all choose to challenge and call out gender bias and inequality.Day meaningful to you personally?
There are more and more fields and opportunities for everyone out there; women should feel empowered to pursue what they have a passion for.And it would be great if that was always the case.NTU is an institutional partner of WHEN and in this session we would like to tell you more about the network as a free resource to NTU colleagues, and how it can support individuals through free events, mentoring, and research.Doodle will inspire women to pursue what they want in life, keep fighting for their rights, and pass on the message to future generations.She is also remaining in good standing by working as a reviewer for our Fellowship Scheme.Thursday 25 March, focusing on career progression stories from across NTU.

IWD has always been a great moment to reflect on everything women have done in the past, and the influence that is carried on to this day!Doodle was illustrated by Doodler, Helene Leroux.We aim to showcase lived experiences of NTU women who have either stood up to challenge, witnessed someone else making a challenge, or those who may have been affected by a situation when a challenge was made.With this in mind, we have invited colleagues to share how IWD is marked in their own countries and cultures.Day 2021This month is for everyone at NTU and we actively encourage men to attend, be inspired and get involved.
